Lisa Marie Presley was born on February 1, 1968 in Memphis, Tennessee, USA. She is an American singer-songwriter and the only child of Elvis Presley and Priscilla Beaulieu Presley.

Biography and Career :

She is the daughter of The King of Rock 'n' Roll, Elvis Presley, and the actress Priscilla Presley, so from a young age she lived in a glamorous space. She came in the attention of the people after two marriages with megastars like Michael Jackson and the actor Nicholas Cage but none of this was longer than two years.

In 2003 she decided to start a music car eer after David Foster and Linda Thompson, her friend and her father's girlfriend encouraged her to do this. Her debut album "To whom it may concern" was appreciated by critics and fans and went gold.

In 2005, her second album appeared called "Now what" and this had a sticker with Parental advisory but was certified gold too. In 2007 both of her albums became platinum.

She is involved in some charities programs like: Presley Place, which combats homelessness in Memphis, CCHR, a Scientology-connected group that opposes psychiatry and psychiatrist and LEAP (Literacy, Education and Abilities Program), a Scientology-connected group affiliated with Applied Scholastics that promotes L. Ron Hubbard's studying techniques.

- She was married four times and she has a son and a daughter.
- Her father Elvis named one of his private aircraft, a converted CONVAIR 880 jet Lisa Marie and now this plane is on exhibit at the Graceland mansion museum of Elvis Presley in Memphis, Tennessee.
