Lisa Baker was born on March 19, 1944 in Detroit, Texas, USA. She was a fashion model who chose to pose for the Playboy magazine in order to be famous.
Biography and Career :
She spent her childhood in Broken Bow, Oklahoma where she worked as a soda jerk at a local drugstore. She was in high school while doing it. When she finished high school she decided to move to Los Angeles where she worked at the loan service department of a savings and loan. She started a career as a model and as an actress, but didn't have much success. Lisa Baker posed for Playboy magazine and was Playmate of the Month for its November 1966 issue, and Playmate of the Year for 1967. She also appeared in "Hot Summer in the City" (1976), along with a number of other Playmates.
After this, she drew at
tention on her and received a job on television, on "The Jonathan Winters Show" and as the Budweiser girl on the "Tonight Show". She did a nude photo shoot for Playboy in December 1979 and the pictorial was named "Playmates Forever!". In 1980 she moved to Texas and had lived there for 20 years. In 2000 she went to Florida with her friend DeDe Lind who was Playmate of the Month in August 1967.
