She had attended Saint Francis High School in Mountain View, CA and Loyola Marymount University. Her father Wayne and her mother Lorraine have supported her a lot during her ascension in life.
The roles that made her a famous actress are Lindsay Weir on "Freaks and Geeks", Velma Dinkley in "Scooby-Doo", Samantha in "Grandma's Boy" and Samantha Taggart on "ER".
