Liberty X were a Brit Award-winning pop vocal group formed from five contestants from the 2001 ITV show Popstars. The group consists of Tony Lundon, Kevin Simm, Michelle Heaton, Kelli Young and Jessica Taylor.
Biography and Career :
The five members of the group met at the Popstars contest and their names are Tony Lundon, Kevin Simm, Michelle Heaton, Kelli Young and Jessica Taylor. At first the band was called simply Liberty.
Their first album was released in 2002 and it was called "Thinking It Over". Besides this one they released another three albums: "Being Somebody", "X" and "The Greatest Hits". The first three were placed on the third place, twelve and 27th place in the charts in United Kingdom.
Some of their singles are "Thinking It Over", "Doin' It", "Got to Have
Your Love" or "Being Nobody", but the most successful is "Just a Little". The girls and boys sing pop and R&B and they are famous all over the world. They have many fans and made them happy six years long.
In May 2007 the band decided to break up and let the fans know about it through a message on their website. Many people would love to see them back together and record a new album.
