She was in a school cafeteria when a casting director discovered her great talent. Jean Sobieski and Elizabeth are her parents' names. They are both artists: a painter and a writer.
In 1998 she received a role in "Deep Impact" and this was a great step in her acting career. Then in the next year she was seen in "Eyes Wide Shut" along
Tom Cruise and
