Sharpe's birth name is Lee Stuart Sharpe. He was born in West Midlands, on May 27, 1971. He is former football player, who played once for Manchester United. Eventhough his career started to decline very early, he became famous for his appearances on reality television shows. He is an Aston Villa supporter and he played football for the first time at Torquay United.

He has a long term relationship with Joanne Petty and he also dated Abi Titmuss.
