Lauren Ambrose (birth name Lauren Anne D'Ambruoso) was born on February 20, 1978 in New Haven, Connecticut, USA. She is a great actress who became famous after played the role of Claire Fisher on the popular HBO drama Six Feet Under.

Biography and Career :

She had attended Choate Rosemary Hall in Wallingford, the Educational Center for the Arts and Wilbur Cross High School in New Haven. Besides being a singer she is also an opera singer. Frank and Annie are her parents' names.

After she appeared as Claire Fisher on the popular HBO drama Six Feet Under she became a popular actress. People started recognizing her on the streets and she had a great success. In 2006 she also started her career on Broadway in the play Awake and Sing! And her talent was obvious.

In September 2 001 she married Sam Handel, who is a photographer and now the couple has one child, Orson. She is a great woman, she has it all and fans just love her! It's great that we can enjoy her talent and that she has such success at an early age. We are sure she will continue this way many years from now.
