Kiana Tom was born on March 14, 1965 in Maui, Hawaii, USA. She is a television show fitness instructor, an actress, a model and former Los Angeles Raider cheerleader.
Biography and Career :
Her father is Layne Tom Jr., a Chinese-American actor. Being a sportive person as a child, she started playing tennis and skating at only 7 years old. Before the modeling career she was a Raiderette NFL cheerleader.
She was included in Top TV workouts of Cosmopolitan magazine, in Top 10 TV trainers of Fit Magazine and in USA Today - Very best fitness advice. Her merits were recognized and she received the United States Sports Academy Eisenhower Award. In 2002 she appeared in the Playboy magazine. She also was the host of shows like BodyShaping, X Games, Fitness America Pageant Series and
Kiana's Flex Appeal.
As an actress she played in "Universal Soldier: The Return". She also did some videos called "Kiana Fitness Videos" and the years she had spent in the fitness industry are 15. Kiana's Body Sculpting is the name of her book and except that she has her own clothing line entitled 'Kiana Fitness Wear'.
In March 2002 she married Dennis Breshears. The couple has two daughters: Anelalani who was born in 2002 and Asialea, born in 2006.
