She had attended the Ferris State University at Big Rapids in Michigan. In December 1997 she was chosen Playboy Playmate of the Month. In 1998 she was the Playboy Playmate of the Year.
Before she was discovered by Playboy she used to be a preschool teacher and then a Venus International Swimwear model. In 2000 she was offered a developmental contract with World Wrestling Federation and accepted it. She started as a swimsuit and promotional model and after she the Playboy magazine discovered her she became very popular.
