Kanako Enomoto was born on September 29, 1980 in Tokyo, Japan. She is a famous actress. Kanako, at age 12, was selected the Astel phone company's spokesmodel, later she became one of the "J-Idol" girls.
She did the shooting of her first public photobook "Fourteen" followed by more photo books like, "Edge", "Marugoto Kanako", "Michi", "Koko, Soko, Asoko". Kanako has also appeared on the covers of many famous magazines.
She started her career in 1996 with the TV series, "Iguana no musume" playing the role of Mami Aoshima. Konako won a "Best Supporting Actress" award for the movie, "Flowers for Algernon", in which she portrayed her self as a mentally-challenged young woman, the drama was aired on 2002.
Kanako married baseball player Kazuhiro Sasaki in 2005.
