Kam Heskin was born on May 8, 1973 in Grand Forks, North Dakota, United States. She is a famous actress. She has graduated in Communications and Political Science from Concordia College in Minnesota.

Later after the graduation, she moved to Chicago to model for a couple of months before stepping in New York. Kam debuted in the movie, "Blackjack", directed by John Woo. She has also acted in many TV serials such as: "7th Heaven", "Angel" and "Charmed".

Kam also made performances in the movies like, "Pride and Prejudice", "Vlad", "Tomcats" and "Planet of the Apes". She has also played lead roles in the movie, "The Prince and Me" and "Howl". Kam married Jonathan Cheriff in 1998 but later the marriage ended in divorce.

She is famous for her role as Caitlin Richards-Deschanel in the TV serial, "Sunset Beach" aired from 1997 - 1999.
