Juliana Martins was born on October 3, 1984 in Jose Bonifacio, Sao Paulo, Brazil. She is a supermodel and at the age of 13 was named the Brazilian Cindy Crawford by John Casablancas.

Biography and Career :

She didn't have too many hopes for a modeling career, but she got the chance to be considered for a commercial campaign. Even though she didn't win the audition her hope didn't die. In 1997 she decided to participate at the Elite Model Look and entered the final. This offered her the chance to sign a contract with Elite Modeling Agency and her career started.

The magazines she posed for are Harper's Bazaar, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, ELLE and some others. In 2003 the appearance in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition brought her a lot of fame and she is now a popular model. Her sweet and beautiful face charms everyone and her body is flawless. Ralph Lauren, Bruno Magli, Armani, Blumarine and Emmanuel Ungaro are some of the names in the fashion industry she worked for.

She has traveled all over the world: Switzerland, Canada, France and the modeling contracts didn't stop coming. She lives in New York and she misses a lot her house, friends and family.
