Jillian Michaels was born on February 24, 1974 in Los Angeles, United States. She is a personal trainer and also an actress in "The Biggest Loser".
Biography and Career :
She was a motion picture literary agent at ICM before she decided she wanted to be a personal trainer. A reason for this was that when she was a teenager she was pretty fat. By the time she was an adult she attended a martial arts class following her mother's advice. She was determined to lose weight and this was a good start for her as she was trained in Muay Thai and Akarui-Do.
With her clients she practices kickboxing, yoga, Pilates, plyometrics and weight training exercises. She even wrote a book about fitness and released a DVD also about fitness. She loves animals and has one Chihuahua, named Baxter.
Some of her hobbies are traveling and helping other human beings through charity actions.
She is the host of a talk show on KFI AM 640 which airs on Sunday. As an actress she will film the next episodes of series of "The Biggest Loser 2".
She is sexy, beautiful and smart woman and she has all the trumps to have a successful career. Her idea about fitness is that you should have a lot of fun, dance and laugh while doing the exercises.

I hate Jillian. I think she has a potty mouth and cannot control her anger. It's like she's on steroids. If she ever talked to me the way she talks to the people on Biggest Loser I'd taze her.

If I had to meet Jillian I would just have a field day!! I love Jillians way of training. I belong to 24 hour fitness and would love to be able to get one day with Jillian!!
