Jerry Schatzberg was born on June 26, 1927 in Bronx, New York and is a photographer and film director.
He became famous for the big prize from the Cannes Festival in 1973 with the movie that he directed named: Scarecrow. He also directed other movies as: The Seduction of Joe Tynan, Honeysuckle Rose with Willie Nelson, Misunderstood, Street Smart and The Panic in Needle Park with Al Pacino.
