Jean Hippolyte Giraudoux (1882-1944) was a French playwright and novelist, who wrote the plays Amphitryon 38 (1929) and La Folle de Challoti / The Madwoman of Chllot (1945), and the novel Suzanne et la Pacifique / Suzanne and the Pacific (1921).
Other plays include La Guerre de Troie n'aura pas lieu / Tiger at the Gates 1935.
