She had soon signed with designers like Alexis Arquette and Michelle Gomez. She also appeared in print on newspapers like Extra and La Nota. She liked the show America's Nex Top Model and wanted to be on the show when she was eligible.
In February 2007, Jaslene Gonzalez was seen on America's Next Top Model, a dream come true for her. She reached the semis on the show judged by Tyra Banks among others.
