Jamie Foxx (birth name Eric Marlon Bishop) was born on December 13, 1967 in Terrell, Texas, USA. He is a talented actor, popular especially for the role of Ray Charles in the movie "Ray".
Biography and Career :
During high school he used to be a quarterback in the football team. He attended Juilliard where studied classic piano. Between 1986 and 1988 he studied at the United States International University after receiving a music scholarship. Then he started his acting career and at first was a stand up comedian.
In 1999 he appeared in "Any Given Sunday" and after five years in "Collateral" and "Breakin' All the Rules". Besides these roles he was seen in "Stealth", "Miami Vice", "Dreamgirls" or "The Kingdom".
He is a great man and has millions of fans worldwide. With his
talent and hard work he managed to become a successful and famous person and conquer the hearts of many women. Besides being an actor he is a singer.
During the years he had won many awards including Academy Award for Best Actor, American Music Award for Favorite R&B/Soul Male Artist, BAFTA Award for Best Actor, Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Musical/Comedy and many others.
