James Wilder was born on May 12, 1958 in Sikeston, Missouri.
Biography and Career :
He began his football career in high school al Sikeston High School where he was memeber of the team Bulldogs. He played the defender in 1976 football season.
Later at college she went to University of Missouri where he was a memeber of the team Tigers and he was known as Sikeston Train and he was one of the best players.
His professional career began in 1981 with Tampa Bay Buccaneers where he played for Jerry Eckwood's team in 1982 football season. Until 1984 he played just for Tampa Bay when he was discovered by Pro Bowl. In that year he made a global record finishing 16 yards short with 2.229.
After playing at Pro Bowl one season he returned to Tampa Bay and he played there until 1989. In 1990 he played for Washington Redskins but he left the team quickly and went to Detroit Lion in the same year. But he left this team quickly, too.
