James Best is a famous American actor that was born in Powderly, Kentucy and he is popular for his role of Sheriff Rosco in the TV show series The Dukes of Hazzard. A very little part, but an important one, of his filmography are the movies: Winchester ’73, Forbidden Planet, Firecreek, Rolling Thunder, The Dukes and Shock Corridors among others.
