Izabella Scorupco (full name Izabella Dorota Scorupco) was born on June 4, 1970 in Bialystok, Poland. She is an actress and model.
Biography and Career :
When she was still a child her mother decided they move to Sweden and so she spent her childhood and teenage there, where studied drama and music. In 1987 a Swedish film director was the one who discovered her, his name is Staffan Hildebrand, and offered a role in "Ingen kan alska som vi".
Soon she became popular and received contract with Ford Modeling and became a famous model. In 1989 she released her debut single "Substitute" and the album "Iza". Both of them turned out a real success.
The role of Bond girl Natalya Simonova in the James Bond film "GoldenEye" made her also a famous actress. After that she was seen in
"With Fire and Sword", "Vertical Limit", "Reign of Fire", "Exorcist: The Beginning" and "Cougar Club".
On July 14, 1996 she married Mariusz Czerkawski, who is a hokey player. They have one child, Julia, and divorced in 1998. In December 2003 she remarried, this time with Jeffrey Raymond. The couple has one child, Jacob Martin Raymond. She refused the female lead roles in "L.A. Confidential" and "The Mask of Zorro".
