Ivana Milicevic was born on April 26, 1974, in Yugoslavia. Her family shifted to Detroit in 1979 and there she was pursued modelling as her career from an early age. While at high school, Ivana got a contract with the Milane Modelling Agency. Following her initial success in modelling, Ivana moved to Los Angeles in search of better opportunities.

In LA, Ivana kept on auditioning and participated in stand-up comedy shows. Gradually, Ivana started getting offers for acting in shows like Felicity and Seinfeld. In 1996, she acted in a short role in the movie Jerry Maguire. After this, Ivana Milicevic got a spot of the series The Mind of a Married Man in HBO. Ivana landed a role in the movie Running Scared (2006) as Mila Yugorsky.

Ivana came under huge attention with her role as Valenka in the James Bond movie Casino Royale (2006). She also acted in Battle for Seattle and Witless Protection. Her movies in 2008 are Your Name Here and The Adventures of Beatle Boyin.
