Ian Joseph Somehalder is famous for his career as an actor, a fashion model and a producer. He began his career as a fashion model representing the brands : Calvin Klein, American Eagle, Outfitters, Dolce & Gabana, Gucci and Versace.

His biggest role was as a main cast member for the first season of the series “Lost” as the character Boone Carlyle. In 2006 he was among the Top 10 Male Models for DNA Models.
