Helen Silver was born in Melbourne and she is a famous Secretary of Victoria's Department of Premier and Cabinet which makes her the State's chief public servant. She was appointed in 2008
Before this she was working as a manager of government business at the National Australia Bank. She studied at Monash University and that is where she has done her a Bachelor of Economics from and then Master of Economics.
