Biography and Career:
Heather McCartney was brought up by her mother because her separated after 18 months of their when Heather was a small baby. In 1969 when Heather was about 6 years old her mother Linda McCartney married Paul McCartney who belonged to the "Beatles" band. In the same year she was legally adopted by Paul McCartney and in the same year Heather performed in the Beatles last movie "Let it Be".
In 1971 Heather McCartney joined her parent's famous music troop. The name of their troop was "Wings". She traveled w
ith her parent's and troop till the troop stopped touring. The troop stopped touring in 1980.
She was encouraged by her mother to do a learn printing at the Photographers Workshop conducted at Covent Garden. She was talented that she won the "Young Black and White Printer" award of the year in Ilford. This success encouraged her to go to an art college, where she came to know her liking for pottery and design. In 1980 Heather McCartney dated musician Billy Idol.
She is very famous in UK of her pottery and design works. Heather McCartney's mother Linda was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1995 and a few years later on 17th April 1998 her mother died in Tucson, Arizona.
