She had attended the William Esper Studio and the American Musical and Dramatic Academy.
Her parents are an artist and a school principal.
She decided she wanted to become an actress and so she moved to New York and studied acting.
At first she appeared on stage in plays like “Godspell”, “110 In The Shade” or “The Shape of Things”.
Then she was seen in movies like “Rounders”, “Celebrity”, “The Notorious Bettie Page”, “The Funeral”, “New Rose Hotel”, “Donnie Brasco”, “Music From Another Room” or “Sweet and Lowdown”.
She is very talented and has charm and sexiness.

On the 1st of June 2004 she married Tod Williams. The couple is expecting a child in 2007.
