Sio started her career as an actress with the movie "San Pasquale Baylonne protettore delle donne" which was released in 1976.

She acted in the movie "Ti voglio bene Eugneio" in which she played the role of Elena in 2002 and she also acted in the tv series "Angelo nero" in which she played the role of Iris in 1998.
