Gianluca Zambrotta was born on February 19, 1977 in Como, Italy. He is a famous football player.

Biography and Career :

His football career started when he was 17 years old at the Como team in the B Series where he played only in one game in the first season.

In 1994 he became a professional football player and remained at Como until 1997 when he was transferred to AS Bari. He is a fast player who easily comes from the defense and scores a goal.

Between 1999 and 2006 he was the player of Juventus and played for his team in 296 matches. Since 2006 he has played for FC Barcelona where he does a great job and helps his team very much.

In 1999 he was called at the national team, Italy, for the first time and since then he is a base player for them. He suffered an injury i n 2006 but fortunately recovered very well.

In 2006 he won the World Cup along his national team. He won the Supercoppa Italiana two times, once in 2002 and once in 2003 and was two times Serie A champion with Juventus. With his talent he managed to develop a successful career and conquer the hearts of many people.
