His father P. Bush was a senator and banker and his mother was Dorothy W. Bush. At the age of 18 years, he became the youngest naval aviator in U.S Navy after stopping his college studies. When the 2nd war came to an end, he again attended the Yale University for the completion of his graduation in 1948. During his 58 combat missions, once he was shot down by a Japanese anti aircraft but he was saved and rescued by U.S marines.
In University he took interest in both studies and sports and remained the captain of Base ball team. When he completed his graduation degree Bush moved with h
is family to Texas and invested a lot in oil industry, becoming a millionaire in very short time.
Bush laid foundation of his own oil company and after that started taking interest in politics. Like his father he served as sanitarian and then a member of Representative house.
In 1980 he tried to become the president of U.S but despite Republican nomination, remained unsuccessful.
As Vice President his main objectives were to observe Federal deregulation, fight against drugs and improvement of Foreign affairs.
