Galilea Montijo has started her career as a model and when she was 20 she won the "La Chica TV 1993 competition". Galilea Montijo got involved in telenovelas and 1996 represents her debut as an actress in "Tu Y Yo" ( "You and Me"). Galilea Montijo received a price for her debut : "TVyNovelas". In 1997 Galilea Montijo participates in "the Blue" telenovela.
