Facundo Arana was born on March 31, 1972 in Aries. His parents are Jorge Arana Tagle and Matilde Von Berbard. He is one of Argentina's most popular actor and musician. His starring hits were Muneca Brava in 1999 and Sos Mi Vida in 2006.
At 15 years old one of his friends took him to acting class. In 1989, doctors detected Hodgkin's disease, a type of cancer. But under medical supervision he became free of Hodgkin's disease.
He has participated in more than 20 "Telenovelas" since 1992 and is become the highest paid TV male actor. He starred in Ideas de Sur sitcom Buenos Vecinos (Good Neighbours)
with Malena Solda. In 1995, Arana finally got a break in his acting career, getting a small character in the national hit "Perla Negra" (Black Pearl), where he got the chance to act with "Andres Del Boca". During 2001, Arana filmed his first move, La Fuga ( The Escape) was a mega hit in Argentina. During 2006 he acted in the hit telenovela "Sos mi vida with his former co-worker Natalia Oreiro from Muneca Brava.
