Drena De Niro was born in New York City, New York, USA. She is an actress and was adopted by the famous Robert De Niro.

Biography and Career :

She worked as a DJ and model before she began her acting career. She also worked only for Giorgio Armani as musical supervisor for stores and shows. In 2001, she debuted as a movie director with the film 'Girls and Dolls'. The movie won best directorial debut for documentary at New York Independent Film and Video Festival 2001.

Her mother is Diahnna Abbott and after she married actor Robert De Niro in 1976 he adopted her. She didn't want to disclose her biological father though.

Trivia :

- Her half-brother is Raphael De Niro.
- She has three stepbrothers: Aaron Kendrick De Niro, Julian Henry De Niro and Elliott De Niro.
- She has a child and his father is Carlos Rodriguez, who is an artist.
