Dido (real name Florian Cloud de Bounevialle O'Malley Armstrong) was born on December 25, 1971 in London, England. She is an English BRIT Award-winning and Grammy Award-nominated singer and songwriter.

Biography and Career :
She started the early recordings in 1995, and was brought into notice after her first hit "Flowerstand Man" from her debut album Faithless.
Cheeky Records, to which Dido was signed, was sold to BMG records in 1999. No Angel was her first breakthrough.
Dido broke up with her fiance' Bob Page who was an entertainment lawyer.
