David James Elliott was born on September 21, 1960. He is a Canadian born actor.
David James Elliot whose original birth name is David William Smith is mostly known by his stage name. He was born on September 21 in 1960. He studied at Milton District High School and quit it when he was final year to become a famous rock star but at the age of 19 he realized he never would become a rock star so he re joined school and finished his high school. After high school he joined Ryerson University in Toronto. He auditioned for Startford Shakespearean Festival and got accepted as a member of the young company.
He moved to Los Angeles and took a new stage name as David James Elliott because there was
already an actor in LA with the same name. David married Nanci Chambers in 1992. They have a daughter and a son, named Stephanie and Wyatt. David and Nanci both got US citizenship.
David appeared in various films over time. He appeared in his first leading role film in 1986. The film was named Police Academy 3: Back In Training. David also played some roles in various television series like Street Legal and Knots Landing. Similarly he played the role of Agent Paul Robbins in The Untouchables in the year 1993. The same year Elliott played a recurring role in the famous television series named, Melrose place. He played a role as Terry Parsons in the famous television series. He made a guest appearance in the series, Seinfield.
