Christopher Reeve was born on September 25, 1952, in New York City, USA. He was a famous American actor, director, producer and writer.
Biography and Career :
He made his debut with a small part in "Gray Lady Dawn" (1977). Still, the handsome actor will stay forever in our mind as the image of "The Man of Steel" or "Superman".
"Superman" was the film that made Christopher Reeve one of the most famous actors in Hollywood. To get the main part of that film, he had to defeat great names of the big screen of all the times, such as: Robert Redford, Sylvester Stallone and Clint Eastwood. After starring in Richard Donnol's super-movie, he wrote the script for Superman IV in 1987. In the middle of the 90's, Christopher Reeve's agenda was very busy: movie, television and theatre.
All of the sudden, everything fell apart. The star fell down while riding a horse. He got completely paralyzed. After a long period of suffering, he died in 2004.
