Chely Wright (birth name Rochelle Renee Wright) was born on October 25, 1970 in Kansas City, Missouri, USA. She is a country music singer.

Biography and Career :

Her career started when she was eleven years old. After some years she had her own band, County Line. In 1994 she released her debut album called "Woman in the Moon".

After this one she released another eight albums: "Right in the Middle of It", "Let Me In", "Single White Female RIAA cert Gold", "Never Love You Enough", "20th Century Masters - The Millennium Collection: The Best of Chely Wright", "Everything", "The Metropolitan Hotel" and "The Definitive Collection".

She had success and conquered the hearts of many fans. Her voice can be recognized and she has many tours during the year. In 2002 she won the CMT Flameworthy Video Music Awards Fashion Plate Video of the Year and six years early the Academy of Country Music Top New Female Vocalist award. These two awards made her very happy and they are like recognition of her talent.

In 2001 she appeared in People magazine's "50 Most Beautiful People" list and after one year in FHM 100 Sexiest Women of 2002. She is very loved and supported not only by her fans, but also by her family. When she has the opportunity she is helping people and she even has her own charity foundation.
