Charla Agers was Born Charla Harris, a Chicago native who has known since the age of 5 that she was suited to be an entertainer, who knew that in her journey she would cover so much territory.

Biography and Career:

Charla got her big break on the set of Barbershop 2 applying for a job as a crew technician. The problem was, the production was days away from wrapping the film.

Charla was not taking no for an answer, while in the hallway ranting about why she needed to work on this film she caught the eye of the assistant casting director who helped her in more ways than she could have ever imagined.

He got her an audition. Charla pulled A HILARIOUS stunt by black blacking out her teeth and delivering her famous lines "Do I look like Beyonce?" The casting director was so impressed with her being able to deliver what they wanted in that line, she was taken to film director Kevin Rodney Sullivan (How Stella got her Groove Back) Where she then was awarded the role

"Whoever thought that crashing a set for one reason could ever land you a great role working with so many of your favorite actors".

Charla has gone on to do a few films but is now a film maker herself hoping to give a break like the one she was given...
