Caron Bernstein was born on August 16, 1970 in Johannesburg in South Africa.

At age of 14 she was discovered by the photohrapher and she moved to New York and she began to work as a model for Ford Models.

After that she represented South Africa at the contest Supermodel of the World.

After that she was discovered by the prodcuer Seymour Stein and signed her to the record laber Sire. She recorded an album but it was never released.

She staid in New York and began to work as an actress and she got a role in the "Who's the man?" and the lead role from "Business for Pleasure". After she became a member of the band Kill-5 and she worked with Daniel Cartier and has singed the back vocals for his album "Avenue A".

In April 2009 she engaged to Andrew Shupak.
