Biography and Career :
When she was four years old she suffered a kidney operation. Her mother decided to move to Paradise, California when Carla was only five years old.
In 1986 a modeling agency spotted her and so she moved to New York. She became the model of Elite Agency, but because she was too short she couldn't model on the runway.
Soon she started taking acting lessons and dreaming to become a great actress. She appeared in movies like "Lovelife", "Snake Eyes", "Judas Kiss", "Spy Kids" 1,2,3, "Son in Law", "The One", "Sin City", "The Life Coach", "Night at the Museum" and many others.
The television programs where she appeared are ALF, Doogie Howser,
M.D., Saved by the Bell, Who's the Boss? and The Wonder Years.
She is involved in a romantic relationship with Sebastian Gutierrez, who is a writer and director. They collaborated at some movies. She is very sexy, smart and talented and these three qualities have helped her during her acting career.
