He started his career as Ben Andrews in the serial, "Coronation Street" for two episodes, in 1998. Later he appeared as Sean Finnigan in the serial, "Mersey Beat" for the episode, "Coming of Age" directed by Brian Kelly and written by Patrick Melanaphy.

Burn debuted in his movie, "Love is Not Enough" as Al Weisberger in 2001 under direction from Mark Norfolk.
