Career:

The first job that Brit Hume had was at The Hartford Times and later he worked for United Press International and the Baltimore Evening Sun. Jack Andreson was the man for who Hume made a lot of things from 1970 to 1972.

Much later he worked as editor at Washington for Richard Pollak. Looks like he worked for two important men at the first of his career; Also, Brit worked for ABC for 23 years and then he left to work for Fox News Channel.

To the Capitol Hill Hume worked as a correspondent for 12 years. In 1989, he became ABC's chief correspondent at White House. The Emmy Award was won by Hume in 1991 for the Gulf War coverage.

He has been twice named "Best in the Business" as a White House correspondent. One of the show at Hume worked are Nightline, and This Week. On December 23, 2008, he hosted announced that Bret Bayer, the chief White House correspondent for Fox News, would be his replacement. He wants to return to Fox News to do things like before and to remain a panelist on Fox News Sunday.
