He is the son of a Canadian salesman that traveled all the time, moving frequently from one place to another with his family. After finishing his studies, Brendan most wanted to be an actor. He made his debut by showing up in "Dogfight" in 1991. An important part for his career was obtained in 1992, in "Eneino Man".
He continued increasing his audience by playing parts as Jewish football player in "School Ties" in 1992, musician in "Airheads" (1994), a student at Harvard in "With Honors" (1994) and baseball player in "The Scout" (1994). Another important films for his career were: "The Mummy" (1999), "The Mummy Returns" (2001), "The Passion Da
rkly Hoon" (1996), "Dudley Do-Right" (1999) and "Monkeybone" (2001).
