Bradley Kenneth Roberts, also known as Brad Roberts, is the lead singer of the Canadian band Crash Test Dummies. Brad was born January 10, 1964, in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Brad received his bachelor's degree in music with Honours from the University of Winnipeg in 1986. He started out his music career by performing in a house band for the Blue Note Cafe in Winnipeg, which later evolved into the Crash Test Dummies. In addition to being the lead singer he is also the guitarist of the band.

In 2005 Brad appeared in the film Life on the Ledge as a Lounge Singer.He also directed the film Crash Test Dude in 2001.

Why is he famous?

Brad Roberts became famous due to his deep bass-baritone singing voice. He gained fame when his band released their debut album, The Ghosts th at Haunt Me which was a great success selling over 400,000 copies in Canada alone. It also got the 1991 Juno Award for Group of the Year.
Brad further gained recognition for the hit song "Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm" from the bands 1993 album God Shuffled His Feet.
