Brad Alan Grey is an American film, television producer. He was born on December 29, 1957 in the Bronx. Brad majored in business and communications at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
His career started in 1984 when he met talent manager Bernie Brillstein in San Francisco, California at a television convention. He was taken on as a partner and the Bernie Brillstein Company was re-named Brillstein-Grey Entertainment.
Brad began producing for television in 1986 with the Showtime hit, It's Garry Shandling's Show. With his success, he went on to produce the HBO series The Larry Sanders Show. He also produced the ABC nightly talk show Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher and former talent manager currently working as the CEO of Paramount Pictures.
Why is he famous?
Brad is famous for being the executive producer of the show "The Sopranos" (1999) which won two Emmy's for Outstanding Drama Series. He was also nominated for a BAFTA Awards in the category of Best Film for: The Departed (2006).
