Her studies were more important to her than a modeling career so she decided to attend the University of Maryland, where she had full academic and athletic scholarships.
2002 was the year of her graduation and after she decided to move to the West Coast to try her luck. In a short period of time she was filming small television commercials and advertisements for brands like Geico, Reebok and Nokia.
