Bob Minor is an actor and a stuntman. He was born on January 1, 1944, Birmingham, Alabama, USA. The 6' 2" champion bodybuilder who won the title of former Mr. Los Angeles bodybuilder, made his debut as a stuntman in Russ Meyer's delightfully outrageous "Beyond the Valley of the Dolls." where he doubled as James Inglehart. Bob has also doubled for Jim Brown, Fred Williamson, and Sidney Poitier.

Bob went on to become the first black member of the Stuntman's Association of Motion Pictures in 1973. Six years later Bob became the second vice president of the Stuntman's Association of Motion Pictures.

Why is he famous?

Bob Minor first gained fame for his work as stuntman in the comedy Beyond the Valley of the Dolls (1970). Bob also played Barbados in Meyer's "Blacksnak e." Other roles include in the film Lord Help Us (2007) as Man in Church,in the show "ER" in the recurring role of security guard (1999-2005) and show "Without a Trace" as Terence Oaks (1 episode, 2004).
