Billy Brown is a writer and producer of films. He hails from Los Angeles, California, United States Of America. He is a science-fiction writer who has created,and written many of the scripts while being the executive producer of the story. These include the science-fiction television series such as "The X-Files", "Night Visions", and "The Fearing Mind".

Billy has worked on some movie productions. He has won the WGA Award (The Writers Guild Of America) in the category "Best Children's Script" on the Goosebumps episode, "The Cuckoo Clock of Doom". He also won the Emmy award in the category Outstanding Made for Television Movie for: Door to Door (2002) (TV).
