Bill Maher (full name William Maher Jr.) was born on January 20, 1956 in New York, USA. He is an actor, comedian, writer and producer.
Biography and Career :
He attended the Pascack Hills High School in New Jersey and the Cornell University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in English. In 1979 he became host of the New York City comedy club "Catch a Rising Star". He was seen in "D.C. Cab" in 1983, "Ratboy" in 1986, "Cannibal Women in the Avocado Jungle of Death" in 1988 and "Pizza Man" in 1991.
In the past he was the host of "Politically Incorrect" and now hosts "Real Time with Bill Maher" on HBO. He is not a very religious person and was accused of anti-Catholicism. His political views are liberals and he supported Ralph Nader during the 2000 presidential election.

e is a man who says what he thinks and is not afraid of being judged. All his life he was a controversies person and after favoring the partial privatization of social security, ending corporate welfare and legalizing gambling, prostitution and all drugs, he was severely criticized. He is one of the supporters of PETA, which is an animal rights organization. His career is a successful one and we wish him many successes.
