Bill Dow is a famous TV and film actor. He started his acting career in 1985 with the film called "The Revelations of Becka Paulsen" in which he played the role of Doc Fink and it was directed by Jeremy Podeswa and the film cast includes: Carla Boudreau, Russell B. Carter, Jon Chardiet, John Diehl etc. He also directed the film called "The Alley" in 1988.

He acted in many other films and TV series such as: "Danger Bay", "MacGyver", "Nothing Too Good for a Cowboy", "The X Files" etc.
