Bijou Phillips (full name Bijou Lilly Phillips) was born on April 1, 1980 in Greenwich, Connecticut, USA. She is an actress, singer and former fashion model.
Biography and Career :
John Phillips and Genevieve Waite are her parents. When she was a child she was an equestrian champion. By the age of thirteen she was already a model, the youngest model that ever appeared on the cover of Vogue magazine. She was also seen in Stuff, Interview, Playboy, People, Detour, Nylon, Paper, 944 and Missbehave magazines. She appeared in the Stuff magazine's 2006-2007 pin up calendar as the January 2007 entry.
In 1997 she signed a contract with Almo Sounds and released her first album called "I'd Rather Eat Glass" after two years. She did a music video of the song "When I Hated Him (Don't T
ell Me)". Her acting career started in 1999 when she received her first role in "Sugar Town". Besides this, she appeared in "Black and White", "Almost Famous", "Bully", "Octane", "The Door in the Floor", "Pancho's Pizza", "Havoc" and "Venom".
