Biography and Career :
David and Sharon are her parents' names. They are divorced. While throwing a temper tantrum at a local mall a scout spotted her. She was only four years old. She attended the Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles where studied film.
She finished high school in 1999 and while working on the small screen, she also studied film at Loyola Marymount University. Beverly had a friend named Angela who died in a car accident in Beverly's sophomore year. Beverly later put that story about her bestfriend Angela in Chicken soup for the
preteen soul. She also actively participates in the RADD Kids and KMart Kids Race Against Drugs charities, amongst others.
In 1990 she debuted in "Big Brother Jake" and after six years was seen in "The Crow: City of Angels". She became very popular after playing the role of Lucy Camden in "7th Heaven". She has many fans thanks to this role. Even though she is playing the younger sister of Jessica Biel in "7th Heaven" she is older than her. Now (2007) she is also a country singer and released her first album called "Beverley Mitchell" and the single "Angel". She and Michael Cameron, her boyfriend, got engaged.
